We offer a wide range of in-home care services tailored to each individual's needs, including:

  • Personal care and daily living assistance
  • Companion care and emotional support
  • Dementia and memory care
  • Post-hospital and post-surgery recovery
  • Respite care for family caregivers

Every care plan is personalized after a thorough assessment with your family.

How do I know if my loved one needs in-home care?

Common signs that a loved one may benefit from in-home care include difficulty with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, or meal preparation, increased forgetfulness, frequent falls, social isolation, or a recent hospital stay. If you're unsure, we offer a free consultation to discuss your family's situation and help you determine the right level of support.

What areas do you serve?

SIA Healthcare Services is based in Dacula, Georgia, and proudly serves families across Gwinnett County, the greater Atlanta Metro area, and surrounding communities throughout Georgia. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, give us a call and we'll let you know right away.

How quickly can care begin after I contact you?

In many cases, we can begin care within 24 to 48 hours of your initial consultation. We understand that care needs can arise urgently, so our team works quickly to match you with the right caregiver and build a plan that fits your schedule.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a free, no-obligation consultation where we learn about your loved one's needs, answer all your questions, and explain how our services work. You can schedule one by calling us at +1 (470) 407-5685 or filling out the contact form on this page.

Services and Caregivers

Are your caregivers licensed and background-checked?

Yes. Every caregiver on our team undergoes a comprehensive background check, reference verification, and skills assessment before they are matched with a client. We only hire experienced, compassionate professionals who meet our high standards for quality care.

Can I choose or change my caregiver?

We carefully match caregivers to clients based on personality, skills, and care needs. If for any reason the match isn't right, just let us know and we'll arrange a new caregiver at no extra cost. Your comfort and trust are our top priority.

What happens if my regular caregiver is unavailable?

We always have backup caregivers who are familiar with your loved one's care plan. If your regular caregiver is sick or on leave, we ensure continuity of care by sending a qualified replacement who has been briefed on your family's needs and preferences.

Do you provide care for children with complex needs?

Yes. Our pediatric and complex needs program supports children who require specialized care, including those with developmental disabilities, chronic health conditions, or post-surgical recovery needs. Our caregivers receive additional training to work with younger clients and their families.

Can you help with dementia or memory care?

Absolutely. We have caregivers who are specially trained in dementia and memory care. They provide a safe, structured routine that helps reduce confusion and agitation while keeping your loved one engaged and comfortable in the familiar surroundings of their own home.

Scheduling, Cost and Insurance

What are your hours of operation?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, for consultations and coordination. However, our caregiving services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We build schedules around your family's needs, not ours.

How much does in-home care cost?

The cost of care depends on the type of services needed, the number of hours per week, and the complexity of the care plan. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. During your free consultation, we'll give you a clear breakdown of costs based on your specific situation.

Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?

We accept several forms of payment and can work with certain insurance plans and Medicaid programs. Coverage varies depending on your plan and the type of care required. Contact us and we'll help you understand your options and navigate the payment process.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your family's needs. While we do have a modest minimum to ensure quality and continuity of care, we'll discuss the details during your consultation and find an arrangement that works for your budget and schedule.

Can I adjust the care schedule as needs change?

Of course. Care needs often evolve over time, and we make it easy to increase, reduce, or modify your care schedule. Just reach out to your care coordinator and we'll adjust the plan to match your loved one's current needs, whether that means adding more hours or scaling back.
