Why Work With Us

We are not a franchise or a large corporate agency. We are a small, owner-led team where every person is known, valued, and supported. Here is what that means for you.

A Team That Feels Like Family

We are not a franchise. Every caregiver is known by name, supported directly by leadership, and treated as an essential part of the SIA family.

Flexible Scheduling

We work around your life. Whether you need full-time hours or a part-time role that fits other commitments, we will find a schedule that works for you.

Room to Grow

From orientation through to career development, we invest in our people. New skills, new responsibilities, and new opportunities are available for those who want them.

Meaningful Work, Every Day

You will not just be filling a shift. At SIA, you will make a real difference in someone's life, in their home, on their terms. That matters.

Who We're Looking For

We hire for character as much as credentials. Here are the qualities that make someone a great fit for SIA.

Genuine Compassion

You care about people. Not as a line on your resume, but in the way you show up, listen, and support those in your care.

Reliability and Consistency

Clients depend on you. We look for people who take that responsibility seriously and show up, every time.

Professionalism

You represent SIA in someone's home. We expect respectful, dignified, and professional conduct at all times.

A Positive Attitude

Home care can be demanding. We look for resilient, warm individuals who bring calm, positivity, and patience to every visit.

Team Spirit

Even though much of your work is one-on-one, you are part of a wider team. We value people who communicate well and support their colleagues.

Desire to Learn

Whether you are new to care or experienced, we look for people who are open to training, feedback, and continuous improvement.
